If It’s Round Put It On the Ground
That’s one of Barry Lovelace’s favorite phrases I think. Why does he say it? Because putting something round on the ground creates an unstably environment on which to do your exercises. With an unstable environment you have to use more of your core and more of your stabilizer muscles to do the exercises. Obviously, the more muscles you use in an exercise, the more you’ll get out of it!
